ORIENTAL SHRIMP SALAD 
SALAD DRESSING:

1/3 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sherry
1 clove garlic
1/2 - 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
2 tbsp. sesame oil (opt.)
1/2 tsp. orange zest
1-2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

Marinate shrimp (1/4 lb. per person) in some of the dressing for 1 to 4 hours. Stir fry or BBQ. Toss cooked shrimp into salad. Pour on rest of dressing and toss.

Salad: Use portions adequate to feed the desired number of people.

Spinach, red peppers, green peppers, slices of orange, green onions, snow peas, pine nuts (optional), jacama, carrots, etc.
