ORANGE FILLING FOR ROLLS 
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt

Blend all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Take from stove and cool. Makes enough for 20 rolls. Roll as jelly, spread with filling.
