BEST CARAMEL BARS 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. melted butter
1 (14 oz.) Kraft caramels
5 tbsp. milk
1 c. chocolate chips (or more)
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix the first 5 ingredients together and reserve 1/2 cup. Press remaining dough in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes -- do not overbake. Meanwhile, melt caramels with milk. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over top. Place remaining crust on top. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool completely. Easy!
