BARBECUE SAUSAGE BALLS | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage 1 slightly beaten egg 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. sage 1/2 c. catsup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. soy sauce Mix the first 4 ingredients. Shape into balls. Brown in an ungreased skillet. Pour off fat. Mix the last 4 ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook or bake 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to coat meat balls. |
