MINI CHEESE BALLS 
12-16 oz. sharp cheese
1 lb. sausage
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. water

Brown sausage; drain. While meat is browning, grated cheese; or, if you use shredded cheese, just mix ingredients when meat is done. Roll into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
