STREUSEL 
3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. preserves (strawberry is good)
4 tbsp. butter, butter
1/3 c. milk

Mix cheese and butter; mix Bisquick into cheese until crumbly. Add milk and mix. Knead on floured surface. Roll on wax paper. Turn over on greased baking sheet. Spread preserves down the center of dough. Cut dough along long sides and fold over to center. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Drizzle topping while warm.

TOPPING:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
