ITALIAN BISCUIT COOKIES 
6 eggs
1 tbsp. anise
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
Chocolate chips (optional

Blend well with electric mixer, eggs, anise, oil, sugar and baking powder, on high speed until smooth.

Add 3 cups flour, mix in and beat until smooth.

At this point adding a cup of chocolate chips is optional.

Pour mixture into a rectangular cookie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cool. Cut into rectangular bar shapes. Remove with spatula.

Approximately 5 dozen cookies.

This recipe is great for a crowd.
