CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 can vanilla frosting
3 c. Cool Whip
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
Fruit topping of choice
1 graham cracker crust

Beat cream cheese, Cool Whip, vanilla icing and lemon juice and peel in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Fold into pie pan with graham crust, top with fruit filling. Chill.
