MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. meal
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 eggs
1/4 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 or 3 hot peppers, chopped
Pinch of salt

Mix all together and cook in iron skillet at 375 degrees.
