POPCORN CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter, melted 1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows 4 qts. popped corn (fresh) 1/2 lb. gumdrops (cut up) 1/4 lb. blanched peanuts Melt butter and marshmallows in heavy pan over low heat. Pour over popped corn, gumdrops and peanuts; mix well. Pour into buttered 10x4 tube pan. Pack gently. Invert cake onto plate. To serve, cut into slices. |
