STEVE'S CAMPER'S STEW 
2 lb. hamburger
3 cans Campbell's vegetarian vegetable soup
1/2 c. A-1 sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. catsup
Pinch of oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
White Minute rice (or chow mein noodles)

Brown hamburger, drain. Mix the A-1 sauce, soy sauce, catsup, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt and chili powder in a small bowl. Mix well with fork. Pour into frying pan and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. Add the browned hamburger to this. Heat 1 or 2 more minutes. Stir in the vegetarian vegetable soup.

Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 5 more minutes. While this is simmering, cook rice according to package directions. Pour hamburger mix over the rice. (You may also pour hamburger mix over chow mein noodles also.)
