SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lb. yellow or zucchini squash
1 pkg. grated cracker barrel sharp cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 can mushroom soup
16-18 Ritz crackers

Slice squash and cook until tender; drain. Mash and add butter. Spray casserole 2 quarts, dish with Pam. Start layering - squash, crackers, soup and cheese. Repeat ending with cheese. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Very good.
