YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash with 1/2 c. chopped onion, cooked with squash (drained)
1 egg
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk, approx.

Butter casserole dish. Combine all ingredients and pour in baking dish. Sprinkle a few Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
