MEAT LOAF 
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/3 c. brown sugar

MEAT LOAF:

2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper (I use 1 tsp.)
1 onion, chopped (or 1 tbsp. dried onion)

Mix and heat the ingredients for the sauce.

Mix the ingredients for the meat loaf. Add one-half of the sauce and mix well. Two tablespoons chopped parsley may be added. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Spoon remaining half of sauce over the loaf and bake about 20 minutes longer.
