3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix sauce, pour over meat loaf. Bake 30 minutes.

MEAT LOAF:

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
8 crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix ingredients together real well. Pour in well greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with meat loaf sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
