BAKED SPARERIBS ALOHA 
3 lb. spare ribs
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, in natural juice

Cut ribs into serving pieces; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in shallow baking pan; bake at 450 degrees 1/2 hour. Pour off excess fat. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Bake 1 1/2 hours, basing frequently. Makes 4 servings. Serve with rice.
