1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together, then add:

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Make into balls. Then roll in sugar. Bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven. Then press Hershey Kisses in the middle of the cookie. Bake another 2-5 minutes.
