TURKEY CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced cooked turkey
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. nuts
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
Chow mein noodles

Turn into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Serves 6.
