CHICKEN ALMOND RICE CASSEROLE | |
4 c. chicken breasts or turkey roll (cooked & drained) 2 c. cooked rice (3/4 c. raw rice) 4 tbsp. chopped onions 2 c. chopped celery 1 c. water chestnuts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise TOPPING: 1 1/2 c. corn flakes 2/3 c. slivered almonds 1 1/2 tbsp. butter Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until done. |
