TURKEY, GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, chopped or cut up
1 can cream of celery soup
4 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® original long grain and wild rice
2 cans French style green beans, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained (optional)
Slivered almonds (optional)

Cook rice as directed on box; add to other ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. A very good way to use leftover chicken or turkey.
