2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
5 crushed Heath bars
1/2 c. nuts

Mix together flour, brown sugar and butter like pie crust. Take out 1 cup and put aside. To the remaining mixture add rest of ingredients and beat well. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. To 1 cup leftover crumbs mix in Heath bars and nuts. Sprinkle over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
