HEATH BAR COFFEE CAKE | |
1 c. light brown sugar 1/2 c. granulated sugar 2 c. sifted flour 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg, beaten 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 4-5 Heath candy bars With a pastry blender, cut the first 5 ingredients together until it resembles cornmeal. Remove 1/2 cup of mixture and set aside. Add next 3 ingredients to the remaining mixture and blend well. Spread in a greased 9"x13" pan. Cut Heath bars into the 1/2 cup reserved mixture for topping. Sprinkle bar mixture over top of batter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
