1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
14 oz. can Eagle Brand condensed milk

Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Press into bottom of 15 x 10 jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and nuts. Pour condensed milk over all ingredients.

Bake 20-30 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely.
