MOUND CANDY BARS 
2 boxes powdered sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter, melted
14 oz. pkg. coconut

Mix in large bowl with hands. Shape into bars and chill. Melt 3/4 cup paraffin wax and 12 ounce package chocolate chips in double boiler. Dip bars into chocolate mixture and drain on waxed paper. Use a toothpick to dip bars in chocolate.

I use a #40 scoop to shape the candy and i don't use paraffin in my chocolate. I use a mixture of milk chocolate and dark chocolate melting wafers instead! I also put the coconut in the blender to chop it finely. Makes for a smoother candy!
