BEAT AND EAT FLUFFY FROSTING 
Combine:

2 unbeaten egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Add 1/2 cup boiling water. Beat to stiff peaks and spread on cake. Large batch of frosting can split for recipe for 1 pan cake.
