FLUFFY 7 MINUTE FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, water, egg whites, corn syrup and salt in top of double boiler; beat mixture until well blended.

Place over simmering water; cook, beating constantly at high speed with electric hand mixer or rotary beater, about 7 minutes or until mixture triples in volume and holds firm peaks. Remove from heat; beat in vanilla. Spread on cooled cake while still warm.

Makes enough to fill and frost two 8 or 9 inch cake layers.
