FLUFFY BUTTER FROSTING 
1/3 c. soft butter
3 c. confectioners' sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter. Add sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Beat to moisten ingredients. Fills and frosts two 8 or 9 inch layers. To make cocoa frosting, add 1/3 cup cocoa to recipe.
