FLUFFY UNCOOKED FROSTING 
1 unbeaten egg white
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. boiling water

Combine egg white, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla in a small deep bowl and mix well. Add boiling water and beat with a rotary egg beater or on high speed with an electric mixer until frosting will stand in stiff little peaks, about 4 minutes. Do not refrigerate.
