UNCOOKED CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
3 oz. squares chocolate
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
5 tbsp. cream or evaporated milk
1 egg whites, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat butter and chocolate over hot water until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth. Then add salt, sugar, and cream, beating until smooth and blended. Stir in beaten egg white and flavoring and beat until cool and thick enough to spread. Will frost two 9 inch layers.
