FLUFFY BEIGE FROSTING 
1 c. brown sugar
2 beaten egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Boil sugar and water until it spins a thread. Pour hot syrup over beaten whites of 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Don't pour until whites are frothy then add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until it holds a peak.
