SWEET POTATO BALLS 
2 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. melted honey
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine potatoes, salt and 2 tablespoons butter and cinnamon. Chill for easier handling. Shape into 8 balls. Heat honey and 1 tablespoon butter in small skillet over high heat. Add potatoes, one at a time. Spoon glaze over, coating completely. Roll in chopped pecans. Place balls so they do not touch each other in greased pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
