SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
2 cans crescent rolls
2 lbs. sausage browned and drained
1 dozen eggs
Grated cheese

Place crescent rolls in bottom of long casserole dish. Press edges together to form crust. Layer sausage and mixed eggs. Top with grated cheese. Cook according to roll directions making sure eggs are done. (Great for brunch).
