SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage
6 oz. wide noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Brown sausage pattie take out on paper towels and mash all the grease out. Pour all grease out of pan but 2 tablespoons, cook onions and celery until tender about 15-20 minutes. Cook soup and milk until hot, add grated cheese and stir until melted.

Cook noodles done and drain. Break sausage in little pieces add all together and pour over noodles and mix well. Pour in greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 30-35 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Serves 8-10.
