PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. crushed pineapple (with juice)
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Bread crumbs (optional)

Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs, together and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at any temperature (along with main course in oven) until lightly browned.

Bread crumbs may be added on top before baking, if desired.

(Great side dish if you're baking a ham or roasting a turkey.)
