SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
6 slices of bread, trim & cube
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained
3 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Dash of cinnamon

Melt butter, combine all. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream, if desired.
