EASY SCALLOPED POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed and mix with 1/4 c. butter

Mix all but Corn Flakes and put in 3 quart casserole. Top with Corn Flakes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
