EASY POTATO BAKE CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Optional: 1/2 c. chopped onion and/or 1/4 c. chopped cooked bacon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Thaw hash browns just until separated.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. (Add optional ingredients at this time, if desired.) Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until heated through and bubbly. This is a great potluck or buffet dish.
