PATIO SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen English peas
5 oz. pkg. minute rice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped ham
1 sm. jar chopped pimento

Cook peas in 1 1/2 cups water. Add rice and salt, blend well. Remove from heat and let stand covered 15 minutes. Add onions, pickles and mayonnaise while still hot. When cool, add ham and cheese.
