CHILI SAUCE 
1 peck ripe tomatoes
1 qt. chopped onions
1 qt. chopped celery
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cloves
1 jar prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
1 pt. vinegar

Mix all except spices and vinegar. Boil 2 hours. Mix spices with vinegar. Add to mixture. Boil until thick. Seal in pint jars. Makes 12 pints.
