CHICKEN SUPREME 
2 c. diced chicken
1 c. diced celery
4 chopped green onions
2 tbsp. diced onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix chicken, celery, rice, onions, chestnuts. Mix soups, mayonnaise and sour cream. Combine. Bake in a lightly greased casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with buttered corn flakes and bake for 15 minutes longer.
