CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 cans French style green beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 jar mushrooms, thinly sliced, drained
1 can water chestnuts, thinly sliced and drained
1 med. pimento, chopped

Cook rice according to directions. Mix all ingredients well. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
