BLUEBERRY LEMON BREAD 
6 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. fresh blueberries, washed and drained
1 1/2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. lemon juice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together. Add the eggs and mix well. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add alternately with milk to egg-butter mixture. Stir in juice and lemon rind; fold in blueberries. Pour batter into loaf pan (7 1/2 x 3 1/4 inches) and bake 50-60 minutes or until tests done.
