EGG PIZZA FOR BREAKFAST
(CHILDREN)
 
10 oz. can refrigerated pizza crust
8 eggs
4 oz. fully cooked turkey sausage links
1 tomato, thinly sliced and cored
1 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place crust in 10 inch pizza pan and cook for 5 minutes until lightly brown. While crust is baking, scramble eggs until moist, not dry. Spread eggs over crust. Top with cut-up sausage, tomato and cheese. Bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Cut into slices.
