EGG BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 c. shredded cheese 5 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Brown sausage. Separate rolls and place on a 12" pizza pan with points to the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle potatoes and cheese over sausage. In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over the other ingredients then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
