CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
3 or 3 1/2 lb. fryer
1 med. onion
2 or 3 stalks celery
1 pkg. cornbread dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Boil fryer with onion and celery. Remove chicken from bone and chop into bite size pieces. Reserve approximately 2 cups broth. Mix the dressing mix, soup and the 2 cups broth. Add chicken and mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE. VERY EASY TO MAKE. I also added sage and basil leaves to broth water. But, this recipe did not mention whether to cover dish with lid while cooking. I did it both ways, and worked either way.
