CHEF'S HAT'S 
4 cloverleaf rolls
1 pkg. chicken salad
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese or 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

With sharp knife, cut rolls in half horizontally. Scoop out middle. Fill with chicken salad. Sprinkle either cheese on top. Place top of roll on top. Kids can fix these easily.
