3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 Cracker Barrel cheese, sharp 1/4 lb. butter 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten 1 loaf unsliced bread (crust cut off) In double boiler, melt cream cheese, sharp cheese, and butter. Fold into egg whites. Cut loaf of bread in 2-inch squares, approximately 24 cubes. Dip into cheese mix, using 2 forks. Place on wax paper and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. |
