ITALIAN STEAK AND NOODLES 
1 flank steak
1/2 c. olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 lg. can tomatoes (solid pack)
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper

Saute garlic and onions in olive oil. Add tomatoes, paste, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer 1 hour. Fry flank steak in small amount of olive oil, slice thin and add to sauce. Serve on noodles (recipe follows). 4 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. Swiss cheese 1/2 c. heavy cream Black pepper

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Serve with Italian steak.
