PEPPER STEAK - CHEDDAR NOODLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak, cut into strips
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 green peppers, cut into strips
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. bag wide noodles
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add beef. Sprinkle with garlic powder; saute stirring occasionally until brown. Add pepper, tomatoes, bouillon, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Cook until brown. Place in crock pot to tenderize. Thicken with cornstarch right before using. Cook noodles according to directions. Drain. Toss with cheese. Pour beef mixture over noodles and serve.
