SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 melted butter
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix first 6 ingredients together; spread into 9 x 13 pan. Mix together and top with brown sugar, flour, melted butter, coconut and pecans; sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
